A: We are based in Texas and offer our products online.

Q: What types of products do you sell?

Products

A: We offer a wide range of clothing, including ready-to-wear items, made-to-order pieces, and pre-order collections. Additionally, we provide mental health products such as journals, self-care tools, and accessories. 

Q: How do I care for my Neveah Rose clothing?

A: Each clothing item comes with a specific care instructions. Generally, we recommend hand washing or reverse cleaning using a gentle cycle on your washing machine and cold water, and air drying to maintain the quality and longevity of the fabric.

Q: How do I place an order?

Ordering & Shipping 

A: To place an order, simply browse our online store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. 

Q: What are your shipping options?

A: We offer standard and expedited shipping. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. We do not offer international shipping at the moment. 

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Ready-to-wear items and mental health products ship within 1-2 business days. Made-to-order and pre-order items have different production/processing times, listed on the shipping & returns policy page and each product page.

Returns & Exchanges 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns on ready-to-wear items and mental health products within 30 days of delivery. Product must not be damaged or worn and still in new condition. Made-to-order and pre-order items are non-refundable after production begins. Full details can be found on our shipping & returns policy page here.

A: Ready-to-wear and mental health products can be canceled before shipment. Made-to-order items can be canceled before production. Pre-order items can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
