SHIPPING POLICY

At Neveah Rose, we strive to ensure a seamless and efficient shipping process for all our products.

 

Ready-to-wear Merchandise & Mental Health Products

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Checkout process will provide you with total price including estimated shipping rate according to your location.

Made-to-Order Items

Processing Time

  • All made-to-order items require a production time of 7-14 business days before they are ready to ship.

  • Once your item is crafted, it will be processed for shipping within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Pre-Order Items

Processing Time

  • Pre-order items are custom-made and will enter production once the pre-order window closes.

  • Production typically takes 5-7 weeks.

  • Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping options will be available soon. 

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If the package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team at info@neveahrose.com or text 214-986-7590. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours

  • Please note that Neveah Rose is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, carrier delays, etc.)

RETURN POLICY

At Neveah Rose, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our policies for refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Refund Policy

Ready-to-Wear and Mental Health Products: 

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Proof of item condition required before item is returned to us (images of current condition of product)

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation email, receipt).

Made-to-Order Items: 

  • Refunds are only applicable for made-to-order products if the item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description provided at time of purchase.

  • Proof of the defect or damage must be provided within 7 days of receiving the item.

Pre-Orders:

  • Refunds are only applicable for pre-order products if the item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description provided at time of purchase.

  • Proof of the defect or damage must be provided within 7 days of receiving the item.

Process: Contact our customer service team at info@neveahrose.com or text 214-986-7590 to initiate a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If refund happens to be rejected, item will be processed with 1-2 business days and returned back to original buyer. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchange Policy

We will provide you with instructions  on how to return the original item and process the exchange. If the desired item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item to you.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as processing and shipping will have begun.

Process: Contact our customer service team at info@neveahrose.com or text 214-986-7590 as soon as possible to cancel your order. Once the cancellation is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and your payment will be refunded.
